Cancellation Policy
Please not a minimum of 24hrs notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments to avoid incurring a cancellation fee (equivalent to 50% of scheduled fee) and/or forfeiting appointment for EPC or packages. Cancellation of an appointment via text message is not acceptable. Furthermore, any calls or texts must be made within normal business hours (9am - 5pm) and are not to be made on Sundays or public holidays.
